Box Office/Café

The Box Office/Café is open from 10.30am-5.30pm Monday-Saturday on non-show days. On performance evenings we remain open until 15 minutes after the start of the show. On Sundays, we are open from one hour before curtain up until 15 minutes after the start of the show.

The Box Office telephone lines are open from 11am-2pm Monday-Saturday. One of the team can help you with your booking on 01279 431945.

Please include your name, address, contact telephone number, email address and full details of your booking (show name, date and time of show, number of full price and concession seats) on a piece of paper along with your cheque made payable to ‘Harlow Council’. Please add 75p to your total booking should you wish your tickets to be posted. Please note as of 1st April postage will cost £1.

Booking Fee

Our booking fee is a fixed price at £1.50 per ticket, when booking online, over the phone or in person. This is a fee that goes directly back to the theatre & maintains the running of the box office & costs/software used in that process.

Donations

Donations are an optional addition to your cart when purchasing tickets. This money goes directly to the Harlow Playhouse Trust, our charitable partner & funds the re-development & community events in & outside of the theatre.

Refunds & Exchanges

Our policy is that tickets cannot be refunded, unless the event is cancelled or postponed. We are also unable to exchange tickets between events, unless it is a showing of the same production.

Tickets may be able to be returned or credited to your account, at the management's discretion, if an event has sold out and the tickets can be sold on to other customers.

A refund request form can be filled out, if you’re circumstances are exceptional. This decision is made between theatre management & the production company of that show. This form can be found here:

Credits can only be used over the phone or in person.

Gift Vouchers

We accept National Theatre Tokens & our own Harlow Playhouse Vouchers only. National Theatre Tokens Gift Cards are also accepted. 

Please note: National Theatre Tokens can only be used in person. Gift Cards can be used over the phone & in person.

Children under the age of 1

Children under the age of 1 will not require a ticket, if they are sitting on an adults lap. From then, children up to the age of 16 will be classed as a concession ticket, where applicable.
