60 Years and All That Jazz- Brenda Taylor School of Dance & Performing Arts

The Brenda Taylor School of Dance and Performing Arts has performed at Harlow Playhouse since it opened in 1971, and returns this year to celebrate it’s 60th Anniversary and to proudly present ’60 YEARS AND ALL THAT JAZZ’. 

Join us for an unforgettable show as we look back and celebrate six decades of this iconic Harlow Theatre School and enjoy, once again, many of the signature dances that established a love performing arts into the hearts of thousands of past pupils and… launched some impressive theatrical, tv and film careers! 

Directed by Kathryn Taylor and Brenda Taylor BEM and presented by our present pupils aged between 5-18 years, plus guest performances from many of our most successful past students, the show promises to be an eclectic mix of Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Commercial and colourful Musical Theatre pieces which will bring a flood of memories back to all who have been associated with the school throughout its illustrious history. From 1965, the Brenda Taylor School has been a wonderful place to grow up – come and celebrate with us and see why!
